So as continued on the last post managers have it tougher than i thought what's the hardest part of being a manager of a fast food place is surprise inspections you have to be on your toes all the time every time. Anything that happens you get deducted points, they use a point system to correct you but you also have to make sure that your employee's know what they need to know because even just a slight mess up you get down graded and more on watch. We always had to make sure that everything is in tip top shape and review with every employee to see how much they need to remember
