day 3

As continued on the last post my mentor has shown me many things to be a manager checking for comprehension from your employees to having to be prepared every single minute for a inspection on the dot. It has been stressful even my mentor can be drained but what we learned or what i was taught today was sometimes we would have to advise some customers to stay away or choose a diffrent item because of customers health. Sometimes fast food joints may not be the same but we did advise customers to choose a diffrent item but managers get the heat because its their decsion to make.

2nd day

 So as continued on the last post managers have it tougher than i thought what's the hardest part of being a manager of a fast food place is surprise inspections you have to be on your toes all the time every time. Anything that happens you get deducted points, they use a point system to correct you but you also have to make sure that your employee's know what they need to know because even just a slight mess up you get down graded and more on watch. We always had to make sure that everything is in tip top shape and review with every employee to see how much they need to remember

first day of management

The first day of manager january 20 2014

Monday was the first time i saw and participated as being a manager and it wasn't easy as i thought it would be it was a lot of work.the first thing i did with my mentor was counting drawers for cashiers you have to be very exact with your counting if you mess up the slightest you get a write up.you don't want to get one of those but in any case once that was done there was a customer problem and let me say it was tough handling customers with that much rage it was tough.
